This document governs all terms of use for the miles4d platform. By registering or using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the services provided by miles4d, you explicitly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms contained in this document. If you disagree with any or all of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform's services.
Use of the miles4d platform is permitted only to individuals who meet the following requirements: (a) are at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of majority applicable in their jurisdiction; (b) have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; and (c) are not located in a jurisdiction where access to such services is prohibited by applicable law. miles4d reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time.

2. Account Creation, Security, and Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the miles4d platform. Creating duplicate accounts or using another person's identity is a serious violation that may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any balances held within them.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential, including their username and password. All activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out by you or by a third party who gained access due to your negligence — is entirely your responsibility. miles4d recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.
Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. False or misleading information may result in account suspension. miles4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account if a violation of these terms, misuse of the platform, or activity that harms other users or the platform is detected.
3. User Obligations and Responsibilities
Users must use the miles4d platform solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Users are prohibited from using the platform for fraud, money laundering, system manipulation, or any action that undermines the integrity of the platform or other users.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the miles4d platform: (a) using automated software, bots, or scripts to manipulate games or transactions; (b) colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities; (c) falsifying identity documents or account information; (d) initiating unauthorized chargebacks on transactions that have been legitimately processed.
Users are also responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. miles4d is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of the service in a jurisdiction where access to such a platform is not permitted.
4. Payment and IDR Transaction Information
All transactions on the miles4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits through a variety of available local payment methods, including bank transfers and digital wallets listed on the cashier page. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed in the cashier interface and are subject to change at any time.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet that has been verified in the same name as the registered account. miles4d reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there are indications of suspicious activity or if identity verification requirements have not been met. Transaction processing times vary depending on the chosen method and system conditions.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the account information provided for withdrawal purposes. miles4d is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the user. All successfully processed transactions are final and cannot be reversed unless otherwise stated in writing by the miles4d team.
5. Platform Liability Limitations
miles4d provides its platform services on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free from errors, or meet the specific needs of every user. We make every effort to maintain service availability; however, technical issues, system maintenance, or events beyond our control may cause temporary service unavailability.
miles4d is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm. The maximum liability of miles4d to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the active balance held in the user's account at the time of the incident.
Users understand that the betting and games available on the platform carry financial risk. miles4d is not responsible for losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by users. Users are encouraged to play responsibly and only use funds they can afford to lose.
6. Intellectual Property Rights and Third-Party Links
All content available on the miles4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of miles4d or its licensors. Such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from platform content without the explicit written permission of miles4d. Using the trademarks or logos of miles4d for commercial purposes without authorization constitutes a violation that may be pursued through legal action.

7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
