1. Data We Collect

When you register or use the miles4d service, we collect several categories of data necessary to operate the service safely and effectively. Data collection is carried out transparently and limited strictly to what is required for the purposes described in this document.

Account information: Full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and encrypted password. This data is required to create and verify your account identity.

Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, and browser language. This technical data is used to optimize how the platform displays across different devices, including the Android and iOS smartphones commonly used by our users.

Financial transaction information: Deposit and withdrawal amounts in Rupiah (IDR), payment methods used (bank transfer, GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and transaction history. We do not directly store account numbers or PINs; this sensitive information is processed through an encrypted payment gateway.

Platform activity data: Pages visited, games played, session duration, and interactions with platform features. This data is used to improve the user experience and detect unusual activity.

2. How Your Data Is Used

miles4d uses collected data solely for legitimate purposes directly relevant to operating the platform service. We do not use user data for any purpose beyond what is stated in this policy without your explicit consent.

The primary purposes for which data is used include: (a) identity verification and prevention of duplicate account creation; (b) secure processing of IDR deposit and withdrawal transactions; (c) sending important notifications relating to your account, transactions, or policy updates; (d) detecting and preventing fraud and platform abuse; (e) fulfilling applicable legal obligations; and (f) continuously improving service quality based on anonymized usage patterns.

We do not use your personal data for third-party advertising or sell user profiles to advertisers. Promotional communications from miles4d are only sent to users who have given their consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time through your account settings.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The miles4d platform uses cookies and similar technologies to enhance functionality and ease of use. Cookies are small data files stored on your device when you access the platform, and they help us recognize your preferences on subsequent visits.

The types of cookies we use include: session cookies, which are active while you use the platform and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed; persistent cookies, which store preferences such as language and display settings; and analytics cookies, which collect aggregated and anonymous usage data for service improvement purposes.

You have full control over cookies. Through your browser settings — whether Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS — you can block or delete cookies at any time. Please note, however, that disabling certain cookies may affect the auto-login function and saved display settings on the platform.

4. Data Storage and Security

miles4d implements technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is protected with industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Account and transaction data is stored on servers protected by multi-layered firewalls and intrusion detection systems. Internal access to user data is granted only to employees with a specific operational need, and all access is recorded in audit logs that are monitored on a regular basis.

User passwords are stored as encrypted hashes using modern algorithms — meaning we cannot read your original password. If you forget your password, the recovery process is carried out through email or registered phone number verification, not by sending your old password.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for a defined period after the account is closed, in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Once the retention period ends, data is permanently deleted from our systems using procedures that prevent data recovery.

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

miles4d does not sell, rent, or trade users' personal data to third parties for their commercial purposes. This principle is a core commitment of ours in maintaining the trust of our users.

Data may be shared with third parties only in the following limited situations: (a) payment service providers required to process IDR deposit and withdrawal transactions — they receive only the data necessary to complete the transaction; (b) technical infrastructure providers such as cloud hosting services that are bound by data confidentiality agreements; (c) legal authorities or regulators when required by applicable law or a valid court order.

Every third party granted access to user data is required to maintain data confidentiality to a standard no lower than this policy. We periodically evaluate our third-party partners to ensure their compliance with applicable data protection standards.

6. User Rights Over Personal Data

As a user of the miles4d platform, you have a set of rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. We respect these rights and are committed to responding to any legitimate request within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Right of Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, including your transaction history and account information.
  • Right to Correction: If the data we hold is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request an update through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
  • Right of Erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data. Such requests will be processed in accordance with applicable legal obligations, and some data may be retained for regulatory compliance purposes.
  • Right to Restriction of Processing: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request a restriction on how we process your data.
  • Right to Data Portability: You have the right to receive the data you have provided to us in a structured, machine-readable format.

To submit a request relating to any of the above rights, send an email to [email protected] including your registered account name and the type of request being made. Our team will respond within a maximum of 30 business days.
